Automatic Reminders
How many times have your clients missed a booking simply because they forgot or got the date or time mixed up? How much time do you spend calling or messaging your clients to remind them of their booking? If your computer has access to the internet, ClinicDirector may be configured to automatically send out reminder texts (via SMS) or emails to your clients. This is just another feature ClinicDirector offers to increase your income and reduce your ‘no show’ rate.
Fully Configurable Appointment Display
ClinicDirector allows for the display of bookings in either ‘Practitioner View’ or ‘Treatment Room View’. The format of the booking grid may be customised further providing options for the format of time bars, time intervals and appointment details
