With a client base of over 8000 clients, we wanted a computer program that meet the needs of a large practice but was also simple for staff to operate.

Clinic Director is very user friendly and is constantly improved upon – as a result of customer input. When needed – Clinic Director has been adapted and modified to specifically tailored to our needs which is fantastic!

It’s great to be able to talk with the programmer directly if problems arise or if we need individual aspects clarified about the program.

It’s a great program for both large and small practices.

We have been using ClinicDirector at Harding’s Clinic of Natural Therapies for a month now and have found it extremely easy to use. It is loved by other practioner and staff alike due to its ease of use. Repeat prescriptions of remedies is a breeze, as is repeat bookings.

Best of all, everyone here can now read everyone else’s writing in the appointment book. This was made all the more difficult by erasures.

The latest version of ClinicDirector is even better suited to complementary health clinics. If I was in a different health profession such as Optician, Dentist, Physio and maybe even a GP, this would be worth looking at.

I have been using Clinic Director for nearly a year now. It has greatly simplified my work by being able to access all the information in one place.

I used to use the calendar in outlook for my bookings and rely on hand written receipts and client notes. Now a professional receipt is generated and it saves time and clients are impressed with it.

I don’t have to look through filing cabinets of folders trying to find my client history, it is right there in front of me, a quick look before the appointment and my life has been made easier and more time efficient.

Clinic Director is good because it is for us, not other industries.

The support is good too, any questions or problems, Tim will endeavour to assist. It is great to deal with Tim and not an array of helpdesk people that have no idea.

Another thing I like is that if you have an idea for a change, Tim will try to put it in the next release or help you out individually if it is feasible.

I will be re-subscribing this year that is for sure, to go back the other way is not worth it.

I find ClinicDirector extremely helpful in running and organising my business. It’s easy to use, even for someone like me who hates computers.
